Course Foundry is a course authoring platform that allows users to create, edit, and publish educational content using Markdown and Quarto, with AI-assisted features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create on Course Foundry. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your course materials. You grant us a limited licence to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5. AI Features

AI Forge features are provided as-is. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any content you publish, including AI-assisted content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Abuse AI features (e.g., automated or excessive API calls).
• Upload malicious content or code.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or content.

8. Changes to Terms
